The latest introduction to the number of the search engines is the Bing by Microsoft. It seems to be different in quite a many terms from Google. The biggest worry for a SEO company is whether to optimize a site for Bing or not.

The logical answer can be it is too early to think about it. Bing is still in the introductory stage and Google is already an established search engine. Hence what is more important is Google SEO. However a few over enthusiast SEO services providers have already thought of Bing optimisation.

•    A similarity between Bing and Google is the importance given to the anchor text.
•    Backlinks and link spamming gain less importance on Bing. Number of links and their quality will actually not work for Bing.
•    For Bing Offpage optimisation is less important than Onpage optimisation. However there is no certainty on this because some SEO experts agree to this while some do not.
•    The domain age and site authority are more important for Bing. This will in fact be a bad news for bloggers and small sites.
•    While deciding the ranking of a site Google takes into account the page rank also but Bing is quite different in this aspect. When we research the first rankings on Bing it is observed that most of the sites do not have a PR2 or higher.
•    New unique content does not have all that importance on Bing as on Google. Hence it is often observed that old sites also rank good on Bing while on Google this is not the case.
•    The optimisation parameters set by Google for inclusion of Flash site in the SERP are quite difficult and usually give nightmare to the SEOs. The same is not the case with Bing as it is Flash friendly.
