The search engine spider programmers program the spiders in a way to quickly crawl through the page and give ranking. Exactly when what parameters are considered by them is never decided. They keep changing them randomly. Besides all this content will be always considered, spiders will definitely consider the keywords the site is optimized for and the internal and inbound keyword rich links. Just trusting the SEO software for ranking is not enough as they are mere words advertisement and less result oriented.
