Often your friend or mate tells you how much you snored last night. At times you yourself feel that last night’s sleep was not a sound one and you woke up with restlessness. To sort out such unwelcome dilemmas of sleepless nights zeo gadgets come to aid. One such gadget from Zeo is Zeo personal sleep coach. This device detects your sleeping patterns and suggest you ways by which you can improvise on sleeping to gain a peaceful sleep.

With three components namely a Zeo headband, Zeo Bedside display and myZeo website the device helps gain an optimal solution for many suffering from sleep disorders. Zeo headband is a comfy band utilizing Softwave sensor technology to detect sleeping pattern of the user. Convenient to wear and urbane you can comfortably sleep wearing the headband. Zeo bedside display grabs data from headband and gives you an insight of your last night’s sleep. It can store a fortnight’s data at a stretch.

It also sports a SmartWake alarm that detects the ‘natural awakening point’ to wake you up and not shock you up from deep sleep. It would wake you up in half an hour of your already set time and not later than that. There is an SD card slot through which we can later transfer the sleep record on the myZeo website.
