Toshiba has released its new 16GB micro SD HC memory card allowing users more room for storage in devices that feature a micro SD HC memory card slot. We all know that it all started with SanDisk 16 GB Micro SD card.

This new 16GB card is slated for mass production in January and April next year with two SD speed classes model namely Class 2 and Class 6 respectively. The cards will deliver high performance for continuous shooting of still images and recording video images.

No disclosure on pricing yet but one can surely expect them to be competitive ones.
