When Sony Ericsson announced XPERIA X1, it cleared it that it will be launched in two versions, The Sony Ericsson Xperia X1a and Xperia X1c. Now the good news is that Xperia X1 will hit the markets on 28th November as officially announced by Sony Ericsson.

    Sony Ericsson Xperia X1a

There are evident differences from the European version that wasn’t lunched long ago. The differences include an ability to record QVGA in current edition, unlike the VGA recording capabilities of the earlier X1a. It also doesn't include support for H264 video playback, but it can support 3GPP video playback. Let’s have a quick recap of Xperia X1a Sony Ericsson mobile phones features.

    Technical specification:
    • Network: quad-band GSM (850/900/1800/1900Mhz) radio and a tri-band (850/1900/2100Mhz) UMTS/HSPA radio for 3G data connectivity,
    • Display: 3-inch screen 800x480 pixel resolution
    • Operating system: 6.1 Windows Mobile platforms
    • Panels:  Java applications and RSS news reader, the Microsoft Today panel, an FM Radio panel, a 3D Fish panel, a Slideshow panel, the Media Experience panel and the Google panel.
    • Memory:  400MB internal, 256MB of SDRAM and microSD card support.
    • Camera: 3.2 Megapixel camera with auto touch focus,
    • Connectivity: Wi-Fi and Bluetooth
