Well here is great news for the thriving digital photography world – SanDisk has announced its latest large capacity, high-performance Compact Flash memory card namely Extreme III 32GB CF card  for DSLR cameras and video cameras.

The new Extreme III 32GB CF card promises a theoretical speed of 30MB/sec (200x) (read and write). Besides photography, HD digital video recording might be another application that benefits from the extra capacity and speed, depending on the quality.

The CF card is ideal for photographers who shoot exclusively in RAW mode. The 32GB SanDisk Extreme III CompactFlash will be available in October for $300. After a reasonable success of Sandisk 16 GB this would be an interesting to watch out for!
