The three most significant aspects which one should consider before buying a Bluetooth Headset is Comfort, Design and Battery of course. So get set go and get rid of the messy wires around you while communicating and doing other things. Here are the seven Tips for buying a Bluetooth headset:

.)   Sound Quality: Clear and strong sound quality is must, as is volume control, to help with a weak connection. One key feature to look for with a Bluetooth Headset is Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Technology as this ensures that you are not disturbed with background noise by increasing the listening volume level automatically.

.)   Pairing: Device pairing allows a Bluetooth Headset to search for and recognize another device, such as phone, printer or music device or even a laptop. A Bluetooth headset should be able to function with up to seven devices.

.)   Range of Use: The headset must have an unobstructed range of at least 10 metres-which is standard for Bluetooth devices.

.)   Comfort Level: If the device has an earhook, make sure that it fits comfortably around your ear.

.)   Ease of Use: Make sure that the device can be used hands-free keeping you out of danger while attending calls.

.)   Battery: Look for at least 8 hrs of talk or play-time, and up to 100 hrs when idle.

.)   Compatibility: The headset must at least comply with 1.2v Technology.
